Scheduling Format
-Teams would swim against each team in their league 1x

-2 NL meets against the same seeded team in the other league. Same as current NL scheduling.

Post-Season
-Keep 2 league championships (each team would submit 3 individuals per event and 1 relay per event) Rationale: this would be a more ability-based league championship. Giving athletes a greater opportunity to acquire All-league status

-Section/County Championship would remain the same (qualifying standards)

-Alignment is based fundamentally on the following: Travel times and distances from their high school and location of golf course. Each team will compete in 10 league matches during the regular season

Individual County Championships (State Qualifier)

-Top 24 golfers from each conference tournament qualify. Any ties for 24^th place must be determined with a playoff hole(s) immediately following conference tournament (24 hard number).

-96 golfers in total from the 4 conferences qualify for the tournament.

-Day 1 – 1 morning shotgun start

-Top 40 and ties qualify for Day 2

-After Day 2 – Top 24 earn All-County and top 9 qualify for States

Team championships – Bracket Tournament 24 teams

-League champions from regular season receive automatic bid.

The other 16 teams consist of the top four qualifying teams from each of the four conference tournaments. All 24 teams are placed into a slope/rating matrix where course rating, slope, strokes, and top 5 team average to calculate a ranking 1-24.

-Matches up to the SEMIFINALS will be 9 hole matches at highest seed course or neutral site courses, following the same procedures as regular season matches between each team’s top 6 golfers. SEMIFINALS and FINALS will be played at a neutral site on the same day. SEMIFINALS will be a 9 hole match in the morning, FINALS will be a 9 hole match following in the afternoon.
